Since the release of the iPhone 5s, Apple has allowed users to move their applications to cloud storage. This feature, which is also available on the iPad and iPod Touch, allows users to free up storage space on their devices by storing applications and other files in the cloud.

To move an application to cloud storage, users must first open the Settings app and select iCloud. Then, they must scroll down and select Storage & Backup. Under the Storage heading, users will see a list of all of the applications installed on their device. To move an application to the cloud, they must tap on the application and then select Move to iCloud Storage.

If the application is already stored in the cloud, it will be marked with a green checkmark. If the application is not stored in the cloud, it will be marked with a white cloud. To store the application in the cloud, users must tap on the cloud and then select Store in iCloud.

When an application is stored in the cloud, it will be removed from the device. This means that users will no longer be able to launch the application from their device; they will only be able to launch it from the cloud. If they want to use the application on their device, they must download it from the cloud.
